Need to return something? 100% Satisfaction, 15-Day Money Back Guarantee

Frankly, we will take anything back if you're unsatisfied, so long as it's within 15 days of when you got it. Good news! ALL items (including Sales items) purchased on www.wooedbywood.com are included! 

 

Our focus is your happiness! If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item as new. Just Email us for details at contact@wooedbywood.com for mailing instructions and we will get you refunded! :-) 

Please note we collect a restocking fee of $50 for MADE-TO-ORDER prescription frames. Other times FULL refund! All products returned as new will be refunded. 

Please note WOOED is not responsible for damages due to outside optician work on our frames. Many of the frames are not available for prescription work. It is highly recommended not to install lenses yourself or with your opticians.

 

Want to exchange?

Do not fit you and would like an exchange? Email us contact@wooedbywood.com and just tell us the reason within 15 days of when you got it and we will find you a pair among our many styles to fit you.

 

Broken sunglasses?

Don't stress. If you break your sunglasses after 90 days of use but within 12 months of your purchase, our WOOED Care Program lets you replace them with the same, or if unavailable, an equivalent pair at 50% off the original retail price. It'll definitely help take the edge off a tragic moment.
